The Trager Guarantee

All Trager products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and improper care or use the the product is not covered by this warranty.  Trager takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, computers or other electronic devices carried in our products.

If you feel that your Trager product has a defect just do the following:

1) Hand wash with mild soap and hang dry (do not use a washer or dryer - the kitchen sink works well). Dirty bags will not be handled by Trager's staff.

2) Include a letter with the following: Return address, phone number and/or e-mail address, nature and location of the problem (even if obvious).

3) Return to : Trager, Attn: repairs, 18931 59th Ave NE, Suite 2, Arlington, WA  98223

4) Repairs take 2-3 weeks at the factory, plus transit time to and from Trager.

5) All repairs must include $10.00 to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.  Trager accepts personal checks, Mastercard or Visa.  Please do not send cash.
